Reverse geometries are suitable for solving the most severe problems of oblate morphologies, but they also play an essential role in other contactological choices, such as orthokeratology, thanks to the advantages of greater centering, positioning and stability. The back profile, compared to conventional designs, presents a different development of the intermediate area, with a radius more curved than the trend in the optical area.

For more experienced practitioners, Xpert Reverse custom geometries are used for complex situations. Open designs are susceptible to any parametric detail (optical and peripheral radii, diameters, back and front asphericity), while the selection of geometry is carried out by the professional according to the fitting specifications.

We have integrated in the production management the possibility to transfer design data, provided by modern topography and dedicated software, allowing the operator to ask the RGP lenses processed and simulated virtually.

Xpert are characterized by spherical or toric multicurve profiles, with an back aspherical area; the deisgns are organized in multiple areas and the construction option provides a number of curves, spherical transition, ranging from 3 to 8. The entire range is available in versions: Back Toric, Toric Peripheral Curves, Front Toric and Bi-Toric.

The adjustable design in each parameter allows a flexible use, suitable for different fitting conditions; Xpert Reverse are adopted in post-refractive surgery (laser and incisional), in different types of keratoplastic, in Ortho-K techniques and in myopic progression control, to facilitate the positioning and centering of multifocal RGP lenses.
